Ubuntu Romanian Team at eLiberatica conference
Posted by Adi | Filed under English, Planet Ubuntu
If you will participate at this year eLiberatica conference and want to know more about the Romanian Ubuntu Community, feel free to get in touch with us at the community booth.
Even though eLiberatica is not the community event we all wanted to see in Romania, this year the Ubuntu Romanian team will try to contribute with a strong community presence at the conference.
Toghether with other FLOSS Romanian teams, we will have a booth to promote our community and teams activities.
One of the biggest events of its kind in Romania, eLiberatica brings representatives from the big IT players around the world and some community leaders to discuss about topics in FLOSS movement, demonstrating the advantages of adopting, using and developing Open Source and Free Software solutions.

Enjoy the conference!
I was privileged to present at the inaugural eLiberatica in 2007. It’s a great event, and my boss, Monty Widenius, will be there again this year.
Be sure to tell Adi and Romi from Agora, Gabi Bartic, Lucian Savluc, and Zak Greant that I say hello, and wish them all the best.
And it’s GREAT that the Romanian Ubuntu LoCo is involved. Thanks to all the Ubuntu users in .ro for helping to make that happen.
La revedere!
