Last saturday Nicu Buculei has made a great presentation about the Fedora project and the Fedora Artwork Team.
I was very curious about the creator of the Fedora logo and slogan, so Nicu sent me the link to a presentation telling the story of Fedora logo and slogan.

Recently I’ve read in a post by Cristian Spoiala about Yahoo banning picasaweb.google.com and spreadfirefox.com from Yahoo messenger status.
At first I thought it was just a bug in Yahoo Messenger own client, but this behaviour is also present in Pidgin. I searched the Internet but I couldn’t find anything about this problem.

Linux Professional Institute Certification Level 1

I just received an email, which informed me that I obtained the LPIC-1 certification. LPIC-1 is an entry-level certification in Linux skills and knowledge. Even if its name says it is an entry-level certification it wasn’t easy to pass the 2 exams required for obtaining the certification.
